Please join us as a Vendor at our upcoming 3rd Annual Belhaven Trout Tournament and Festival. Last year we served approximately 2,000 visitors and over 100 anglers each day. This year is already shaping up to be a bigger and better attended event. We sure hope you can make it. If you are interested in being a vendor - we need to know soon so that we can share that you will be attending here on our web site! If you require a temporary food permit (Food Vendors only) from the Health Dept. - your application needs to be in to them no less than 30 days from the event.
Vendor Costs
Food Vendors - $100.00 per 10' x 20 ' by Sept 20. After Sept 20 until October 1 is $150 per space. After Oct 1 until day of the event (if spots are available) it will be $200.00 per space.
Craft and Retail Vendors - $50 per 10' x 10' per space
Display Vendors - Non-Profit w/sales and/or requesting contributions - $25.00 / Non-Profit no sales and/or contributions - FREE
